This package is meant for industries where glamour make up is not acceptable and consist the most essential beauty products which if applied skilfully will boost your employees’ confidence and productivity.
We are aware that, the ladies must always appear presentable, professional and feel confident at their place of work. Especially those in client facing departments.
Important emphasis is always placed upon the uniform and we feel that this needs to be carried further forward in the Make-up application to complete the head to toe image of the female employees.
Having in most cases over 40 nationalities and pursuing all of them to keep up with your corporate standards makes the job of your L&D/Training department quite challenging, because the makeup guidelines are wishful, but not mandatory.
By choosing this programme you can implement the basic make up as inseparable part of your organization’s uniform.
Make up training (covering hair style, skin care and make up application)
Foundation or Powder
Training The training session is for a minimum of 15 girls and lasts approximately one and a half hour.
Once we complete our first training with your company we recommend you to include our course as a part of the orientation of all new recruits joining your team, so you can set up the standards from the very beginning.
Set Up For the training we need a bright room big enough for all the participants, sufficient number of chairs, one high chair (for selected model from the training session), white board or flip chart, and a side table. We will provide you with work shop manual, so the girls can have in written what we cover – skin care, hair style, and step by step make up application.
Follow up To maintain the results from this package and reduce the coast, we recommend our Demo voucher programme which ideally could be scheduled every six months.
